Can I use the OEL Fastrac occupational exposure limit or control band assignment on our safety data sheets?

Unfortunately, no. This violates the Terms & Conditions of use for OEL Fastrac monographs.

Additionally, safety data sheets are only required to have exposure limits that are from regulatory agencies such as the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the UK's Health and Safety Executive (HSE), the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, Worksafe New Zealand; or from non-governmental consensus organizations such as ACGIH or AIHA. Finally, this would create a competitive disadvantage for the purchaser of OEL Fastrac monographs since competitors could then obtain the OEL for your compound at no cost.
